  • Choice! Such a cool concept, yet the over-all problem with all technologies out today is too much choice. Even if you're just looking (to make my point) at just the XP Home OS, you still have a ton of ways you could choose to do any one single thing, like burn CDs/DVDs for example.

  • And not to mention very difficult from a computer tech service company (such as mine) to support. Right now what happens with the average home user (and business users) is that they get a Dell PC (for example) and don't get a restore disk, or even a Windows disk.

  • Nope, I don't like it. Period. Breaks rule #3 (Newsvine Code of Honor), and in my opinion is 100% opposite to what Newsvine should stand for. Why don't you just start an advertising section, and start charging them for that type of posts?

  • I agree 100% with this, Google should do a lot more to police their ad-words campaigns. Running a simple one for a vacation rentals website - brings in over $500 a month for Google, and that is just one person out of millions who surely must be using their ad-words.
